Holiday Season

The holiday days are coming and now is the time for traveling and arrangement. Somehow my brother has broken the deal for the holidays. We switch every year which of the major holidays we spend with the in laws and which we spend with our parents. This way your not trapped with parents and I actually get to see my nieces. My brother has missed several over the years for various reasons, mainly his in-laws live less than 15 minutes away. Yeah, I leave 3 hrs away from the in-laws and the parents and we still make it. So, I declare a holiday penalty on my brother, he will be forced to visit me. Yes, 5 hours away, although he has the two little kids and chances are unlikely, but understandable. (how about the 9 times I have made the trek) to stay.

Our my parents who are getting weirder and weirder, we visit them and don't do a lot. Why? Probable because we don't have to similar ideas of what to do? Want to go to a pub? oh, well how about we look at antiques? Okay then let's sit around.
Yeah, crap-tactular.

Okay crazy strategy of the day- mutant goats that everyone rides...Think about it.

Angry Puppies of Justice

Or some other stupid saying.
I have way too much freetime today and doing someoff the things that I should do are even less appealing. No one bugs me anyhow, they are too frightened that will be sucked into helping and they are "too busy" to that. Yeah when I see co-workers spending 20 minutes squirting sanitizer on each other, I wonder how they manage to keep up with the constant down pour of activity. Let me see how much I have to do, "no thanks I don't need help".

RANDOM THOUGHTS IN RANDOM ORDER:
In a more positive note, I managed to get pictures of all my coasters, unorganized. I will probably have to spend a weekend organizing them by shape and brewery, due to the fact I have so many and it is hard to keep the damn things straight.
-If a science fiction writer can start a religion so can I (see churchofbeer).
-Do you know why dogs like cooked food? cause they can't cook! (thank you bob and tom).
-my lawn mover is still broken even after being "fixed" it had go all the way to San Diego to fix (about 12 hours away), so it went back to California. great, the lawnmower does more traveling than i do.
hey, screw you michael jackson.

I might

I might be crazy, but I love working for my organization. They are "rearranging" and "reassessing" things. My favorite part is that things happen in a flurry and usually without warning. Like a sections of cubicles suddenly re-arranged and then left empty for weeks. Or notifying a department that there program would be terminated and they would be reassigned. Then weeks later you tell that department how disappointed the "organization" is in them that they have not come up with proposals about where they should be re-assigned. Oh that is great. My supervisor retires in 6 days!!!!! Co-workers will no longer receive favoritism and sit doing nothing day after day, as you try to manage your work.
Viva la pants!!
