A call comes in for a welfare check.
A young lady is crying and screaming at the side of the road.
I arrive to find three teenagers by the side of the road.
One approaches
"She just hit her own dog", the lady points to a black dog lying at the side of the road.
Her brother let the dog out and it got loose. She couldn't see it and was blinded when people were flashing their lights to warn her of a loose dog.

I know there are a hell of a lot of worse things that could have happened to her but that sucks.
yes it could off. went home played with the dogs
