I am dispatched to assist medical for an "accidental gunshot wound", which becomes more and more questionable as I arrive. David's wife shows us to David in the back bedroom. David is pale and has a towel wrapped around his thigh. "I shot myself in the leg. I think it is broken, I heard a crunch" EMTs come and do there job. David says "I had pain in my leg, I wanted it to go away." That is why he folded a pillow up against his leg and shot through it. I find the .44 next to the bed. It is loaded with hollow points. I find the mangled slug near by. David goes to the hospital and get to keep his leg.
