Are you frickin' kidding?

I know most people know that I was let go. A nice way of saying I didn't pass the probationary period that went along with my job. Yeah, great. Not fired, but who is unemployed? Me. I don't really like that I was "let go". So no one hired at this place has made it through the probationary period in the last two years. Gee that's interesting.
I will break down the faults:
1-mine, was I doing my best.... Yes, was I perfect, no. Is there a ton to learn? Yes. If you expect a new person to work like someone who has been there 5 years then maybe a flaw
2-people losing my paperwork, several times
3-incomplete training, people unwilling to sign that they "taught" you stuff.
4-expectation that there is no "king of the sandbox syndrome"
5-not being given a responsible amount of time to become experience
6-unrealistic expectations (how come you act like a new employee)
7- a training system flawed (admitted by the boss and under boss),hence no one has made it through recently
8- training by people who themselves were nearly fired

Time to move on. I can only be pissy for so long.


It good to know that people out there will screw with you. It makes me frackin mad. Sure, I already got unemployment, but that isn't something I really want to do, but I have to cover the mortgage. There are 11 jobs that I am qualified for, but it could up to 6 months to get hired, at least.
