My week

I work 4 ten hour shift, with on call for 14 hours for in between the that.
The numbers broke down to 42 hours worked, instead of 40.
15 hours of call out time.
That time is total 57 hours, out of 96 hours of total time possible.
I do the math, assuming i got 8 hours of sleep each night, which would total 32 hours + 57 hours = 89 hours.
That leaves a whopping 7 hours of free time to spend with my family.
