Dreams

"Have you seen me? I am missing"

Now I have the time to have the crazy dreams that I have been waiting for. Yup. YOu get so tied up in work you brain resorts to giving you really lame dreams about the super mundane or worse...work related. None of those dreams that make you wake up and say, "Why is the name of my fourth grade math teacher and why do I crave dutch chocolate?"

First, I think my teacher's name was Mr. Otto, wait that was the teacher in charge of chess club. And second, what the hell is dutch chocolate? (PS I didn't wake up craving it).

So back to the point of the weird dreams. I hadn't had them in about 10 months or so. I didn't really notice they were gone (imagine that I was too busy to miss them), but they are back and they a awesomely weird. Old people that you met once, songs you heard on a plane, time, sound and memories all together in a "resting brain". Sure the dreams could be SUPER WEIRD, like Muppet Porn or wrestling nuns in front of the president while the song "Zombies" (by the Cranberries -I can't listen to that song) plays over and over again. Nothing too like a Twin Peaks Episode.

Oh come on now... Twin Peaks episode dreams are fun! One armed men, live action chess games, cherry pie and damn hot coffee... what could be better? Muppet porn would be interesting though...

Wakka wakka wakka :)

Last night I dreamed that I was in charge of a historic home restoration project in which a number of preschool kids (including my son) went missing during a field trip. My babysitter was hysterical and my father was lying to my wife about our son's disappearance. Oh... and I was flying in a blimp shaped like an early 90's brick cellphone. I'm sure this is all very Freudian... I think I need therapy?
