Sent Home

I got worse for TJ.

On a shots fired call, TJ gives away perimeter security by lighting up a secure position. TJ fails to keep a person out of secure perimeter repeatedly. TJ is told by a Sgt to arrest the person who continues to enter the perimeter. The Lt is on scene.

TJ tells the Sgt "No"

The mild mannered Sgt looses it. Sgt tells TJ's FTO.

"Tell your F***ing trainee to get in the F...ing car. Tell your F...ing trainee to drive back to F...ing barn and change out of F...ing uniform and go the F... home."

FTO talks to TJ, "get out of here."
TJ starts to argue. FTO says "its a done deal, go home"
TJ leaves, status is up in the air.

I know a couple things about my department. They put up with a decent amount of stuff, but they DO not tolerate disloyalty and insubordination.

TJ's years in the jail won't help. If TJ is lucky, TJ's old job will be available, but it doesn't look good.
