Tilltap
working in the new pond i experience a new thing.
a civil officer called for an officer to do a tilltap.
i was available and had no idea what it was and what i was supposed to do.
the business had a judgement from the court. they owe $2000. civil officers is ordered by judge to go the business. officers than show the judgement and seize all the money in the till and anything the manager/owner has on their person. the business is informed this is happened until the money is paid off.
now i know why the civil officer wanted a second officer
