Runners

In the last 3 weeks I have had people run from me. All when I have a rider. All where only looking at traffic tickets. My previous years I have had 0 people run from me.
The last turned a driving while suspended into a felony, by failing to stop, screeching through a neighborhood and ditching his passenger to run off into people's yards to disappear.
The bad news for him is that I stopped same guy in the vehicle two weeks prior. I know who he is and where he lives.
