Lack of

I showed up for work and was a bit shocked to see TJ in uniform.
TJ sent home for insubordination and generally known as a not capable officer.
I asked around, not fired, Sgt put a letter in TJ's file, FTO #3 in Lt's Office again. #3 in the Chief's office.
TJ is not fired and will continue. Traffic stops will be considered "high stress" situations.
I cover my ass on calls with TJ. I don't help TJ.

The brass has set a dangerous precedent. Leaving long term employees and loyal officers wondering.
