Linda

Linda wants to report her car stolen.
This is the 6th time she has wanted to do so. I took the original report and found out the car was taken from a locked garage, without keys.
I located a family member who told me they took the car from 85 year old.
The 3rd time she calls it in on a shift, I ask dispatch to just close it out.
Dispatch is annoyed and ask if I am going to make contact.

-she doesn't remember the other times I talked to her and she won't remember in 5 minutes.
