Sarah

While looking for Dave, who has warrants. I locate his girlfriend Sarah. Sarah is somewhere between 6-8 months pregnant and has warrants as well. Sarah never seen a doctor and has several track marks up and down her arm. "I shot up morphine two days ago." Sarah hasn't had morphine for a while and is starting to get dope sick. Sarah also states she thinks she is having labor pains. Sarah's mom says this will be the second kid born addicted to morphine and it took that kid 6 months to be slowly weened off it. Sarah gets transport by ambulance to the hospital. Security says they will keep an eye on her until she is release. I let child services know. They are aware of Sarah and kid #2 future. Dispatch call two hours later. "The hospital called, said she snuck out about an hour ago and just called and let us know. what you want to do?". Nothing, warrants are still in the system

Floaters

A car that isn't registered. They are passed around and traded, so they can't be trace and you don't know who is driving them. Th The car is usually from out of the area or the owner is deceased, with a hand written bill of sale. Purchase from "a guy", who they only know the first name. The inside of the car looks like a barn floor and the ignition is usually gone.

Correction
